An interesting mews development built on a brown field site at the edge of Victoria Industrial Estate. The architecture and materials were carefully considered to emulate loft style homes which reflect both the residential and industrial nature of the local environment. The range of houses including detached, semi-detached and terraced houses all of which are built to the Code for Sustainable Design level 3. All of the houses are fitted with photovoltaic solar panels for generation of electricity.
